Gift Guide for the Foodie
We’re back and this time with a Gift Guide for the Foodie in your life. This is the second and last gift guide we will be doing this year so that you can get those gifts purchased and wrapped up. This gift guide is for that person in your life that loves food. Or you could send this gift guide to someone shopping for you, if you’re the foodie.
Again, like our Gift Guide for the Cook, there are a variety of items with a wide range in prices. This time the lowest item on the list is $6CAD and up from there. Every item included in this gift guide are things we have used in the past and love. As I have mentioned previously, gift giving is one of my all time favourite things to do. So I hope that this gift guide for the foodie helps you put a smile on your loved ones face.
1. Food is Love Print | 2. Local wine | 3. Cheese Knives | 4. Coasters | 5. Food Delivery Service |
6. Beeswax Wraps | 7. Mug | 8. Naked Snacks | 9. Soda Stream | 10. Soup in a Jar
Our Favourite Gift Guide Items
Goldilocks Wraps
Any one of these ten items would make the person receiving the gift happy but we have a few tops picks. Starting with these Beeswax Wraps from Goldilocks. We have a ton of these in the Gluten Free Treats and Eats kitchen and use them pretty much everyday. They cut down on using plastic wrap which is better for the environment. But they also keep your food fresher for longer. Therefore helping to save you money overtime. You can buy a single wrap or purchase them in bundles.
Naked Snacks
Another item that we absolutely love are Naked Snacks. We have had a Naked Snacks subscription for almost a year now and we absolutely love it. We subscribe to the 10 snack pack which we have delivered every 2 months and is around $60. You can customize your snacks (including picking gluten free) and the frequency of your deliveries to make it more affordable for you. You can also purchase single snacks from well.ca if you find a flavour that you love but don’t want to commit to a subscription.
Soda Stream
Lastly, we we have included a Soda Stream because we love ours. Last Christmas Matt purchased me (Karlee) a Soda Stream and it has been a staple in our house ever since. I am not a huge soda drinker but I love sparkling water. Having a soda stream truly does cut down on purchasing drinks from the store and all the cans and plastic they come in. For the Soda Stream all you need to do is regularly replace the carbonator when it is empty, which many stores now have exchange programs. As well as, purchase any flavourings you want to drink. Soda Stream has a large selection to choose from as well as other companies. Or flavour your water with natural fruit juice such as, lemons or oranges.
There we have it friends. We promise you that if you buy any of these items for the foodie on your holiday list they will love it. Just remember that we are close to shipping deadlines for the holidays so make sure you order your gifts as soon as possible. Let us know if you purchase any of these items or if you have used them in the past. Don’t forget to check out our Gift Guide for the Cook.
