Everything included in this gift guide are items that can be delivered straight to your mom. So if you’re self-isolating and unable to see your mom this year, you. can ship these products straight to her. I know that I won’t be able to see my mom this year so I will be finding a different way to send her some gifts and love.

I want to make a point in saying that, the gift you give or the amount of money you spend has no reflection on the amount you love your mom. Your mom loves you regardless of any gift you give her on Mother’s Day. But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t deserve to feel like she is appreciated and loved. So enjoy this Mother’s Day Gift Guide, and send your mom some love and appreciate on May 10th.

Chelsea King Scrunchies

Chelsea King Scrunchie

I absolutely love Chelsea King hair scrunchies. This is a small Canadian company. The products are handmade in Vancouver, British Columbia. They have so many different colours, patterns and textures. Many of the scrunchies come in 3 different sizes. So they are great for all hair lengths and thicknesses. These are definitely a luxury item and your mom is sure to love them.

Smash & Tess Pretty in Pink Sweetheart Romper

Smash and Tess Rompers

Smash and Tess Roompers are everything. They are so many different styles and colours that you’re sure to find one that screams Mom. If you’re worried about the sizing, don’t fear, they have a great size calculator on their website. All you need to do is insert your moms height and weight (it’s okay to guess) and it will tell you what size to buy. These run large so either size down from her usual size or if your guess is a little off you should be fine.

Canadian Flower Mother's Dy Flowers

Flowers

Flowers are so classic and you truly can’t go wrong (unless she is allergic). Since we are social distancing having flowers delivered is a great way of saying “I’m thinking of you,” or “I love you.” Depending on where you order from, you can pick which flowers to have delivered, so you can pick your mom’s favourite. This may seem like an obvious gift but I feel like it’s one that most people appreciate and it’s great since it is a contactless delivery, and can show up on the exact date you want it to.

Pandora Charms

Pandora Charms

Pandora Charms are a timeless gift. Many years ago my brother gifted my mom a pandora bracelet, so every holiday or occasion we are able to purchase a new charm and add to it. Matt and I also did this for his mom. This gift is for the woman in your life that loves not only jewelry but telling a story with her jewelry. Purchasing charms for specific occasions and events in your life is a great way to cherish memories. Every time she sees that charm on her wrist, she is sure to remember those special moments.

Bathtub Bakery Mum in a Million Candle

Bath Products – Bathtub Bakery

Bath products are a great way to unwind and relax. Our preferred bath company is Bathtub Bakery. They are a local store in our town and just before all the craziness of the virus, they had just launched their online site. The company is now shipping Canada and USA wide, so if you’re looking to send your mom something this Mother’s Day, Bathtub Bakery is a great option. They also release special surprise boxes for different holidays and have an exclusion Mom Bath Bomb and Mum in a Million soy based Candle.

Naked Snacks - Snack Box

Naked Snacks Subscription

We are a food blog so we definitely can’t leave out the snacks. Naked Snacks is a Canadian based snack subscription company. They have sooo many different snack flavours that range from sweet to savoury. We have been getting there subscription boxes for a while now and we are obsessed. You can pick how frequent you want your snacks delivered and you can change what snacks are in the boxes. If you have allergies or diary restrictions you can also filter those when choosing your snack options. This is definitely a gift your mom will love and its a gift that keep on giving, month after month after month.

Cookbooks

This list would not be complete without at least one cookbook recommendation. If you have a mom that loves to cook then you can’t go wrong with a cookbook. You may even have a mom that isn’t big into cooking but would love some new recipes to try out. We love buying cookbooks and I know if I were a mom (do dog moms count) I would love to be gifted a cook book. Here are a few of our favourites:
Eat What You Love by Danielle Walker
– Fraiche Food Full Hearts by Jillian Harris and Tori Wesszer
Gather at Home by Monika Hibbs
Minimalist Baker’s Everyday Cooking by Minimalist Baker
Bobby at Home by Bobby Flay
Not all of these cookbooks are gluten free but many have naturally gluten free recipes or easy gluten free substitutions.
