Chicken Wings
  1. Preheat oven at 450°F. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat chicken wings dry.
  2. Spread out chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet. Place baking sheet in oven for 15 minutes. Then flip and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  3. Taking baking sheet out of oven. Transfer chicken wings to a bowl. Replace the parchment paper on the baking sheet and transfer chicken wings back to the baking sheet. Cook for another 20 minutes.
  4. Transfer chicken wings to the bowl again. Replace the parchment paper on the baking sheet one more time. Transfer chicken wings back to baking sheet. Put the oven on broil. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, flip chicken wings, and cook for additional 5-10 minutes on the second side. The length you cook the chicken wings for during this last step will be dependent on your desired colour of the chicken wings.
  5. Remove from oven, and either season with salt and pepper, or coat with your favourite sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Homemade Honey Garlic
  1. Mince or grate cloves of garlic. In a small pan over medium low heat add oil and minced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes constantly stirring.
  2. Add honey and water to the pan and increase heat to medium. Stir and cook until the mixture has thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Either strain out the garlic if desired. Then coat the cooked chicken wings in the honey garlic sauce.
