Buffalo Chicken dip that is creamy, spicy, cheesy and tangy. Classic buffalo flavour with a cheesy twist. Great with chips and veggies, ad naturally gluten free.
Preheat oven at 400°F. In a medium sized bowl combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a medium pan over low heat, add oil and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring often. Add in shredded chicken, cook for 1 minute. Then add in butter and frank’s hot sauce, stir until everything has come together.
In a 9×9 oven proof baking dish, spread out the cheese mixture to form an even layer. Then top the cheese layer with the chicken buffalo and spread out until even.
Pop the baking dish in the oven for 20 minutes. Once done heating up, take it out of the oven, and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Top with green onions and serve with Tostitos or vegetables. Enjoy!
