Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small microwave safe bowl melt butter for 10-30 seconds in microwave.
In the same bowl add in the honey, soy sauce and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl place all the raw assorted nuts and the chopped rosemary. Pour over the butter-honey mixture. Toss to coat all of the nuts evenly.
Spread the coated nuts on the prepared baking sheet. Place in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until bubbling. Once done, take out and let cool completely. Serve or store in an air-tight container/jar.
