Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, melted butter, and pure maple syrup.
In a large bowl place baby carrots and pour the wet mixture over top of the carrots, and toss to coat. Transfer carrots to prepared baking sheet, and season with salt and pepper.
Place baking sheet in oven and cook for 20 minutes, or until carrot are tender and mixture is bubbling. Once done, remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley flakes if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
